广东省新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情最新情况

4月12日0-24时，全省新增境外输入确诊病例2例，广州报告，分别来自孟加拉国和刚果（金）。新增境外输入无症状感染者7例，广州报告，3例来自刚果（金），2例来自缅甸，其余2例分别来自肯尼亚和尼日利亚。新增出院1例。

截至4月12日24时，全省累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例2301例（境外输入905例）。目前在院39例。

在粤外籍人士可以预约打新冠疫苗了

根据“知情、自愿、自费、风险自担”原则，广东省于4月12日启动在粤外籍人士适龄人群国产新冠病毒疫苗接种工作。

1.哪些人可以打？

在广东省内年龄18周岁至59周岁，以及部分60周岁以上因特殊原因需接种、且身体基础状况较好的外籍人士可自愿接种。

2.是免费吗？

已参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，享受与其他参保中国公民同等待遇（也就是免费）。

未参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，自费接种疫苗，费用为100元／剂次。

3.打的是哪种疫苗？

广东省目前使用国产新冠病毒疫苗灭活疫苗，全程需接种两剂。

4.怎么预约？

4月12日起，申请人员进入“粤健通”微信服务平台的外籍人士新冠疫苗接种服务页面进行信息填报、预约。预约成功后可在指定时间、地点接种。

5.要带什么证件？

接种时需携带中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件、医保参保凭证。

已参加广东省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，现场需出示有效医保参保凭证。

6.有啥要注意的？

在指定接种点接种前，请配合接种点工作人员完成规定程序，主动告知个人健康状况，配合医护人员询问，签署知情同意书和免责承诺书，由专业人员判定是否符合接种条件，接种后留观30分钟。

接种期间，请按照当地疫情防控措施，做好个人卫生防护。14天内请密切关注自身身体情况，如有不适，请及时就医。

Foreign Nationals in Guangdong able to get COVID-19 vaccine!

On April 12, Guangdong has started COVID-19 vaccination for foreign nationals subject to local age eligibility restrictions, following the principle of voluntary participation, giving informed consent and assuming personal responsibility for risks.

1. Recipients：

Foreign nationals who are aged 18 to 59, some aged over 60 who need to be vaccinated for special reasons, and who have good physical conditions are able to get vaccinated voluntarily.

2. Vaccination fee：

Foreign nationals who have bought social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong enjoy the same policy as the insured Chinese citizens, Vaccination for free .

Those who do not buy social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong have to take the COVID-19 vaccine at their own expense, which is 100 RMB per dose.

3.Type of vaccine：

China’s domestic inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccines will be used, and two doses are required.

4. Appointment method：

Foreign nationals are able to book an appointment on “粤健通” Mini Program: go to the "Guangdong Covid-19 Service for Foreigners" section on the program, fill in personal information and book an appointment. Once booked successfully, the applicants can get vaccinated at the appointment time and site.

5. Required identity documents：

To get vaccinated, applicants need to present their Permanent Residence ID Card or their passport and a residence permit in the People's Republic of China, as well as a medical insurance proof. Foreign nationals who have bought social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong must present a valid medical insurance proof on site.

6. Vaccination process：

Prior to the administration at the designated vaccination site, recipients have to cooperate with the staff of the vaccination site to complete the prescribed procedures, honestly disclose their personal health status, truthfully answer the medical staff's questions, and sign the Informed Consent and Disclaimer Statement. Medical professionals will determine whether they are eligible for vaccination. After vaccination, recipients should stay at the vaccination site for observation for 30 minutes.

7. Precautions for vaccination：

During the vaccination period, please take personal protections according to the local epidemic prevention and control measures. After vaccination, please pay close attention to your physical condition within 14 days. If you feel any discomfort, please seek medical treatment in time.

放宽！5月中旬起内地人到香港可免隔离

4月12日下午，香港特别行政区行政长官林郑月娥在记者会上透露，港府将以“疫苗气泡”作为放宽社交距离措施以及进出香港措施的基础，为接种了疫苗的人士放宽防护措施。

措施包括自本月底开始，“回港易”将从广东省扩展其他省份的港人，抵港免除14日隔离措施；5月中旬开始，香港居民以外的内地人士也可以享受“来港易”，即抵港可以免除14天隔离，且没有接种疫苗要求。

而除内地人士之外，对于来自特区政府认定的低风险地区抵港人士，即澳大利亚、新加坡和新西兰，只要完成疫苗接种，隔离措施可以由目前的14天减少到7天或者更少。来自中风险地区的抵港人士隔离要求则从21天减少到14天甚至更少。同时，特区政府到5月上旬将会解除从英来港限制，但抵埠后仍需检测及强检21天。

江苏一人员解除隔离后核酸阳性

2021年4月11日，常州市疾控中心报告，在对入境解除隔离返常人员例行核酸检测中，发现一名广州入境集中隔离期满返常人员核酸检测结果为阳性。

张某，3月26日自印度从广州入境后在当地接受14天隔离医学观察，4月9日解除隔离当天乘坐航班（航班号ZH9675）从白云机场抵达常州奔牛机场，后乘坐出租车回到蓝天花园小区家中。根据要求对其进行解除隔离后的居家健康监测，于4月11日进行例行核酸检测，结果为阳性，即转运至定点医院隔离治疗。经诊断为无症状感染者。

截至4月12日12:00，排查到的密接人员均按要求集中隔离医学观察，并完成核酸采样检测，核酸检测结果均为阴性。
