李健熙去世,他如何一手缔造了“三星帝国”?

10月25日,三星集团会长李健熙去世。三星集团的李健熙时代彻底结束。李健熙是三星集团创始人李秉喆的第三个儿子。

1987年,李健熙担任三星集团第二任会长,他将三星从一家低质量生产商,改造为全球顶尖科技企业。如今三星集团的三大业务板块家电、手机和半导体业务都是李健熙做大做强的。

三星半导体从自主开发起步。为了获得研发人才,李健熙多次前往日本和美国挖人,组建了三星的半导体队伍。三星半导体业务也开启了从落后到追平再到领先全球的进程。

为了改变三星二流厂商的地位,1993年,三星提出了商界著名的“新经营宣言”:除了妻子和孩子,一切都要变。李健熙提出,三星要放弃以数量为主的经营,而走以质量为主的路线,这也创新了三星的企业文化。

目前三星集团经营领域涵盖电子、金融、保险、生物制药、建设、化工、医疗等领域,其营收占韩国GDP 20%左右。韩国有这样一种说法:韩国人一生无法避免三件事,死亡、税收和三星。

沃尔玛中国与31所高校签署战略合作

Walmart China Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement With 31 Colleges

沃尔玛中国校企合作高峰论坛近日在深圳举行,会上沃尔玛中国与到场的31所高校代表签署校企战略合作。

The Walmart China Campus Partnership Summit and Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony was held recently in Shenzhen. At the event, Walmart China signed a strategic cooperation agreement with representatives from 31 colleges.

未来,该公司将进一步与高校加深合作,实现优势互补,升级探索在校学生的职业能力培养,为未来行业输送更多优质人才。

The retailer will further deepen its cooperation with colleges to complement each other's advantages, explore how to better develop occupational competency of college students, and develop more talents for future industries.

沃尔玛中国总裁及首席执行官朱晓静表示:“沃尔玛中国的成就来自于每一个具体的人。通过与高校携手进行产教融合,沃尔玛将持续培养超越中国消费者期待的新时代从业者。”

"The achievements of Walmart China come from each individual," said Xiaojing Christina Zhu, President and CEO of Walmart China, "Through integration of industry and education, Walmart will join hands with colleges to continuously develop talents that exceed the expectations of Chinese consumers in the new era."

据悉,沃尔玛中国2019年全年招聘在校实习生达7万人次,近年来已与全国逾300所高校开展校企合作,未来将面向校企合作院校开放更多岗位。

In 2019, Walmart China hired 70,000 college students as interns. Cooperation has been established with over 300 colleges, and more jobs will be open to them.

差旅费用数字化转型已成企业刚需

The impact of the COVID-19 situation has presented a rare opportunity for large corporations to tackle travel and expense (T&E) management tools, ahead of business travel opening back up.

艾玛迪斯的调研显示,约合四分之三(74%)的受访者均表示,改进差旅和费用的管理流程,使用更为合适的差旅费用管理工具能为企业带来助益。公司可以降低成本、提高业务运营效率,并加速数字化转型以改善员工体验,而这也正与企业差旅事务决策人的三大业务目标不谋而合。

Three quarters (74%) of respondents agreed that improvement of T&E management processes and tools is critical to reducing costs and increasing efficiency in business operations, accelerating digital transformation and improving employee experience – the top three business objectives for those surveyed.

受访者迫切希望能在有关方面得到指导与支持,其中74%的受访者认为技术提供商有望发挥重要作用。

Respondents are eager for guidance and support in rolling out improvements, with 74% agreeing that technology providers have a significant role to play here.

特斯拉召回近3万辆电动汽车

Tesla has recalled nearly 30,000 electric cars

10月23日,中国国家市场监督管理总局宣布,即日起特斯拉将召回近3万辆存在安全隐患的Model S、Model X电动汽车。所涉车辆均从美国进口,在前悬架后连杆或后悬架上连杆部位存在安全隐患。

On October 23,the China State Administration for Market Regulation announced that Tesla is recalling nearly 30,000 of its Model S and Model X electric vehicles,which were made in the U.S. and sold to customers in China, over potentially faulty and unsafe front and rear suspensions.

特斯拉将召回29193辆在2013年9月17日至2017年8月16日期间生产的Model S和Model X,以及19249辆在2013年9月17日至2018年10月15日期间生产的Model S,两者分别在前悬架后连杆及后悬架上连杆上存在隐患。

Tesla will recall 29193 imported Model S and Model X, produced between Sept. 17, 2013 and Aug. 16, 2017,and 19249 imported Model S produced between Sept. 17, 2013 and Oct. 15, 2018. The former has potentially faulty in the rear linkages of the front suspension and the latter has hidden trouble in the upper linkages of the rear suspension.

其中18608辆同时涉及两个问题,共计召回29834辆。特斯拉方面认为此次召回根本原因是“驾驶员操作不当”,但仍愿意进行召回。

Of these, 18608 were involved in both problems, with a total recall of 29834 vehicles. Tesla instead blamed the issue on “driver abuse”,but it will do a voluntary recall.
