俗话说,不谈剂量谈危害都是耍流氓,网络上有很多咖啡危害辟谣的文章,完全忽视咖啡的摄入量而大谈特谈咖啡无害。

然而,现代人几乎都离不开咖啡,有很多人群都喜欢喝高浓度咖啡,再加上日常喝茶,以及碳酸饮料中的咖啡因,已经有越来越多的人群,面临咖啡因的长期过量摄入。在不知不觉中,咖啡因已经对它们的身体造成威胁。尤其是对于一些本身存在胃病、肝脏代谢疾病,以及免疫力低下的人群,身体受到的危害可能已经越来越严重。

当咖啡被塑造成绝对无害时,这类人群便很容易忽视咖啡因对他们造成的危害,从而饮用咖啡时更加的没有节制,从而让身体健康面临更大的威胁。

咖啡本身是一把双刃剑,当你适度饮用时,它会有益于你的健康。但如果你过度饮用,反而会危害你的健康。
