裴运涛

裴运涛,38岁,集团公司技能专家,管道一公司焊接指导教师,廊坊市高技能人才。自2006年参加工作以来,一直坚守在施工一线,积累了丰富的焊接施工经验。在担任指导老师后,他又将技能经验毫无保留地传授给参训学员,认真履行传道授业解惑的使命。

Pei Yuntao, 38 years old, skilled expert of CNPC, the welding instructor of No.1 Branch Company of CPP, highly skilled personnel of Langfang, has been sticking to the forefront of the construction since 2006 and accumulated rich experience in welding construction. As a instructor, he taught the skills and experience to the participants without reservation, fulfilling the mission of teaching and dispelling doubts.

贾贺坤,30岁,管道一公司党委办公室秘书,曾荣获2020年第二届河北省“冀青之星”优秀青年典型,管道局2019年度“青年岗位能手”,一公司2021年度十佳青年。

Jia Hekun, 30 years old, the secretary of the party committee office at No.1 Branch Company of CPP, was awarded the Second Term Youth Star of Hebei Province in 2020, the Youth Post Expert of CPP in 2019, the Top Ten Youth of No.1 Branch Company in 2021.

李振洋 —————

李振洋,34岁,现任双台子项目焊接二机组机组长,主要从事长输油气管道安装工作,曾参与完成印度天然气管道、坦桑天然气管道、中俄天然气管道等多个国内外大型项目。他曾获得2021年度管道局青年岗位能手、2020年度管道局优秀员工等荣誉称号。

Li Zhenyang, 34 years old, the leader of the welding unit 2 at the ShuangTaiZi project, is mainly engaged in the installation of long oil and gas pipelines. He has participated in the construction of several large domestic and international projects such as India natural gas pipeline, Tanzania natural gas pipeline and China-Russia natural gas pipeline. He was awarded the honorary titles of 2021 Youth Post Expert and 2020 Outstanding Employee of CPP.

黄明 —————

黄明,33岁,毕业于东北石油大学,现于管道局一公司工程技术部从事工程调度管理工作。自2015年参加工作以来,他在多个长输管道建设项目从事工程管理工作,2021年获河北省质量管理小组QC活动特等成果。

Huang Ming, 33 years old, graduated from Northeast Petroleum University, is now engaged in project scheduling management in the Engineering Technology Department of the No.1 Branch Company of CPP. Since joining the work in 2015, he has carried out engineering management in many long-distance pipeline construction projects, and won the special achievement of QC Activities of Hebei Quality Management Group in 2021.

管道局高度重视人才梯级培养和人才激励政策,尤其关注青年员工的职业技能培养,从物质奖励和职级提升等方面鼓励青年员工积极参加职业资格考试,提升个人知识储备。
