根据2022世界人工智能大会组委会的安排，上海市法学会将于9月2日继续主办“2022世界人工智能大会法治论坛”，聚焦数字化转型下的法治建设，特别是元宇宙等新兴概念的法治规则构建，努力为数字法治的繁荣发展提供坚实支撑，期待学术界、产业界有识之士广泛关注、共同推动。

隆重介绍本届论坛11名法学法律界及人工智能相关领域的专家学者，围绕“数字化转型 法治化进路”等相关话题从数字法治的实践需求、前沿理论、制度建构、法律适用等方面入手，共同探寻数字化转型的法治化进路。

嘉宾介绍

田申 Shen Tian

抖音集团数据及隐私法务负责人

Head of Data and Privacy Legal of Douyin Group and Senior Director

田申，抖音集团数据及隐私法务负责人、高级总监。负责集团隐私策略及实现方案，带领团队实现基本功能模式、数据处理同步告知机制等多项行业首创实践，主导推动隐私影响评估、AI伦理保护等工作，在算法合规、隐私计算法律适用、数据要素流动合规治理等领域有深入研究，曾深度参与多部个人信息保护国家标准编制工作。

Shen Tian, Head of Data and Privacy Legal of Douyin Group and Senior Director, is responsible for the company group's privacy strategies and implementation solutions. He has led his team to initiate a number of innovative practices in the industry, such as the basic function model and synchronized notification mechanism for data processing activities, and has taken the role to promote privacy impact assessment, AI ethical protection, etc. Shen Tian has conducted in-depth research in the fields including algorithm compliance, application of laws to privacy-preserving computation techniques, and compliance governance of data factor flow, and has been deeply involved in the preparation and drafting of several national standards on personal information protection.
