This time we will continue to answer some other questions the public may have in mind, such as what personal protective measures should be practiced during home quarantine and what precautions should be taken when taking PCR testing on rainy days.

海珠区加强社会面防控措施期间，出入物业小区，需要注意哪些防疫规定？

During the district-wide lockdown, what entry-exit measures have been put in place in residential communities?

答：一户一卡，凭卡外出，每户每天安排1人分时有序外出购买生活物资或领取无接触式配送物资，尽量缩短外出时间。进入小区请配合测温、扫场所码和查验24小时内核酸检测阴性证明等防疫措施。

A: Each household is given one card as an entry-exit permit. Each household can only send one person to shop for daily necessities or pick up orders contactless per day at designated time slots. It is recommended to limit the time you spent outside as much as possible. When entering your community, please have your temperature taken, scan the venue code, and present your 24-hour negative PCR test results.

临时管控区解封后，是不是就没感染风险了？有什么需要特别注意的？

After temporary control measures are lifted, are residents in the area under no risk of infection? Is there anything residents should pay attention to?

答：“解除”不等于“解防”。目前，解除临时管控的区域，周边仍有一些高、中风险区，而且与海珠交往密集的市内其他部分区域仍有散发或聚集性疫情，市民朋友还是要时刻保持风险意识，不要急于往区外活动，严格执行足不出区和错峰取物的措施，坚持做到不串门、不聚集、不扎堆。

A: Lifting lockdown measures doesn’t mean we can drop our guard. Currently, there are still medium- and high-risk areas around areas that are no longer under temporary pandemic control. Besides, sporadic or clustered cases are still emerging in some other parts of the city that are closely connected with Haizhu District. Therefore, residents should continue to keep alert and stay put in the district. They should also refrain from exiting their communities and collect deliveries on a staggered schedule. Visits and gathering should be avoided.

集中隔离后转为居家隔离，个人防护需要注意什么？

If I were transferred from centralized quarantine to home quarantine, what personal protective measures should I take?

答：不论您的家是在风险区域内还是非管控区的，都一定要严格的居家不外出，取快递、丢垃圾这些日常家务，也建议由家人代劳，采取无接触式的方式。另外，在居家隔离期间，一定不要下楼做核酸检测，必须致电社区人员，保证上门单采单检。

A: For residents under home quarantine, whether they live in a controlled or non-controlled area, they must strictly abide by the stay-at-home policy. It is suggested that household chores like picking up deliveries or throwing garbage should be done by family members in a contactless way. Besides, residents under home quarantine must not go out to take PCR tests. Instead, they should contact community workers to get a door-to-door testing service.

目前社会面传播风险依然存在，市民朋友应如何防范？特别是到过或居住在中高风险区域周边的居民，要注意什么？

As the risk of community transmission still exists, how should residents protect themselves against infection? For residents who live in or have visited the neighborhood of medium- and high-risk areas, what safety protocols should be taken?

答：中风险区域周边及非风险区域的社会面传播风险依然存在。无论您身处管控区还是常态化区域，请时刻保持风险防范意识，切勿掉以轻心；尤其是近期到过或居住在中高风险区域周边的居民，或与中高风险区域内人员有过接触的市民，要加强核酸检测和自我健康检测，最大限度减少流动和接触。

A: The risk of community transmission still exists around medium-risk areas and in non-risk areas. Whether you are in a controlled or non-controlled area, please always be aware of the risk and do not take it lightly. In particular, residents who have recently visited or live around medium- and high-risk areas, or those who have had contact with people in medium- and high risk areas, should strengthen PCR testing and self-health monitoring as well as minimize travel and contact with others.

雨天在户外做核酸检测，需要注意什么？

What should residents pay attention to when taking PCR tests outdoors on rainy days?

答：大家一定要继续戴好口罩，保持距离，如果口罩被雨水打湿，或者使用时间超过4个小时，大家记得及时更换，确保防护效果。

A: Residents should wear masks properly and practice social distancing. If your mask is wetted by rain or used for more than 4 hours, please replace it in time to ensure the protection effect.

高风险、中风险区和临时管控区孕妈妈如有就医需求，应该怎么办？

What could maternal residents in high- and medium-risk areas and temporary controlled zones do if they need medical attention?

答：孕产妇主动完成“穗好孕”小程序居家建档和孕期情况登记，完成后请注意接听医务人员的联系电话，告知相关孕情与就医需求，医务人员也会定期进行线上孕产保健指导、远程心理疏导等服务。

A: All maternal residents should complete the home filing and pregnancy registration of the “Suihaoyun” WeChat mini program. After these, please be sure to answer the phone calls from medical staff and inform them of your pregnancy status and medical needs. Medical staff will provide regular online maternity care guidance, remote psychological counseling, and other services.

隔离期间就医需上报社区三人小组，也可拨打海珠区孕产妇医疗保障专线：84401945（白天9:00-17:00）；19157436538（夜间17:00-次日9:00），医疗救治组24小时值班热线电话：18998822336，紧急情况拨打120。

During the lockdown, residents who need medical attention must report to their community’s “three-person team”, or can call Haizhu maternity medical service hotline: 84401945 (9:00-17:00); 19157436538 (17:00-9:00 next day); medical team 24-hour hotline: 18998822336; and 120 in an emergency.

管控期间，可以户外运动吗？

Can residents exercise outdoors during the lockdown?

答：市民除购买生活物资或领取无接触式配送物资、接受核酸检测和紧急就医等，原则上非必要不外出，可转为居家锻炼。

A: In principle, residents should not go out except for essential reasons such as purchasing daily necessities, collecting contact-free delivery, taking PCR tests and getting emergency medical treatment. They may do fitness exercises at home instead.
