CPP212

CPP212机组成立于2006年12月，现有员工29人，平均年龄35岁。

The unit was established in December 2006 and has 29 employees with an average age of 35.

擅长工艺

CPP212机组成立之初为半自动焊施工机组，2018年后改为全自动焊施工机组，机组擅长场站、连头、半自动焊施工及大口径全自动焊施工，熟练掌握氩弧焊、纤维素手工焊、半自动焊、全自动焊等工艺。机组在平原、沙漠、戈壁、高纬度地区山地的施工中，展现出优秀的自动焊水平。

The unit was established as a semi-automatic welding unit at the beginning, and changed to fully automatic welding construction unit after 2018. The unit is good at station, tie-in, semi-automatic welding and large-caliber fully automatic welding construction, skilled in GTAW, cellulose SMAW, semi-automatic welding, fully automatic welding and other processes. The unit has shown excellent automatic welding performance in the constructions in plains, deserts, Gobi and mountainous areas in high latitude.

参建工程

近年来，CPP212机组先后参建了泰国那空沙旺管道、阿布扎比管道、洛阳管线、醴陵压气站、闽粤、中俄东线中段七标段、天津南港LNG、中卫二站、西三中等国内外重点工程。

In recent years, the unit has participated in the construction of key projects at home and abroad, such as Nakhon Sawan pipeline in Thailand, Abu Dhabi pipeline, Luoyang pipeline, Liling compressor station, Fujian and Guangdong pipeline, the 7th section of the middle segment of the China-Russia Gas Pipeline East Line, Tianjin South Port LNG project, the 2nd station in Zhongwei Pipeline, and the middle section of the 3rd West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline.

All the crew members are fully involved in quality and safety process control, and have tackled great challenges and assumed heavy responsibilities in various construction projects. 典型事迹

在中卫二站的崾岘子沟施工段，国内首次采用山区起伏段大口径全自动焊三管同沟敷设工艺施工，上下高差33米，CPP212机组合理调配资源，科学组织现场施工，制定了24小时施工方案，焊接合格率100％。

在中卫-枣阳一标段，CPP212机组以检测双百的成绩完成百口考核，创造了焊接4公里无返修的记录。同时取得了月焊接口数600道，焊接“双检”合格率达到99％以上的成绩。

In the Yao-Xian-Zi-Gou construction section of the 2nd station of Zhongwei Pipeline Project, it was the first time in China to adopt large-caliber automatic welding procedure with three pipelines laid in the same ditch in the undulating mountainous areas, and a 33-meter elevation drop. The unit has made scientific deployment of resources to achieve well-organized site construction, working out around-the-clock construction arrangements to finally attain 100% welding pass rate.

In the 1st section of Zhongwei-Zaoyang pipeline, the unit has completed the 100-joint test with a double 100 inspection score, creating a record of 4-km welding without a single repair. At the same time, the unit achieved a monthly welding joint number of 600 and a “double NDT inspection” welding pass rate of more than 99%.

CPP209机组作为管道局首批标准化自动焊机组，在参与工程建设期间，通过搭建问题解决、结对帮扶、创新创效“三个平台”，解决了一系列制约自动焊施工的难题，并完成多项技术革新成果。

As the first batch of standardized automatic welding units in CPP, the unit has addressed a series of concerns restricting automatic welding construction and accomplished a number of technical innovations during its participation in the constructions by setting up “3 platforms” of trouble shooting, partner assistance and innovation.

参建工程

近年来，CPP209机组先后参与了中俄东线天然气管道、京石邯输气管道复线工程、博孜-大北区块地面骨架工程等施工项目，大口径管线累计焊接300余公里。

In recent years, the unit has participated in construction projects one after another such as China-Russia Gas Pipeline East Line, Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Handan Gas Transmission Double-Pipeline Project, and Bozhi-Dabei Block Ground Skeleton Project, with a total of more than 300-km welding of large-diameter pipelines.

典型事迹

在博孜-大北项目施工中，CPP209机组通过搭建问题解决平台、人员培养平台、创新创效平台，针对施工中遇到的焊材在焊接时飞溅大、电弧不稳、熔池成型不良等问题进行及时解决，有序推进机组施工能力及管理水平提升。

针对自动焊施工坡口作业时，人工捡拾铁屑占用费时费力、极易伤手的问题，机组研制了铁屑回收器，大幅降低了作业人员的劳动强度，杜绝铁屑划伤作业人员手部，减少了安全事故，提前3天完成全部施工任务。

During the construction of Bozhi-Dabei project, the unit has built a problem-solving platform, a personnel training platform and an innovation and efficiency platform to promptly address the concerns encountered in the construction, such as large spatter, unstable arc and poor weld pool formation of welding materials, so as to orderly promote the unit’s construction capacity and management level.

In response to the problem that it is time-consuming, labor-intensive and prone to hurt hands to pick up scrap iron during the beveling operation of automatic welding construction, the unit developed a scrap iron recycler, which greatly reduced the labor intensity of operators, eliminated hand scratching injuries of operators by scrap iron, reduced safety accidents and completed all construction tasks three days ahead of schedule.

CPP207

CPP207机组成立于2006年12月，现有员工35人，平均年龄38岁。

The unit was established in December 2006 and has 35 employees with an average age of 38.

擅长工艺

CPP207机组擅长山区、水网、戈壁等不同地形的全自动管道焊接，能熟练掌握全自动焊接、氩弧焊、纤维素手工焊、场站、连头施工等多项工艺。

The unit is good at fully automatic pipeline welding in different terrains such as mountainous areas, water network and Gobi, and proficient in numerous processes such as fully automatic welding, GTAW, cellulose SMAW, station and tie-in construction.

参建工程

近年来，CPP207机组参建了中俄天然气管道工程、西气东输四线（吐鲁番-中卫）一标段等多项工程。

During the construction period of the 7th segment of the southern section of China-Russia Gas Pipeline East Line, the unit won two “winning units” in the labor competition conducted by the owner, the first place in the assessment and evaluation of the company’s labor competition, and the honorary title of “Outstanding Unit” of the company in 2021.

In the construction of the 1st section of the 4th West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline (Turpan-Zhongwei), the crew overcame the influence of pandemic and quickly mobilized all the work force to achieve a 98% first pass yield of 100 joints in 11 days. At the same time, the crew overcame the unfavorable conditions brought by cold and windy weather and set the welding records of 35, 43 and 50 joints in a single day one after another, which were highly praised by the owner and the project supervisor for many times.

CPP206机组成立于2013年12月，现有员工32人，平均年龄36岁。

The unit was established in December 2013 and has 32 employees with an average age of 36.

擅长工艺

CPP206机组擅长多种地形全自动、半自动及手工焊接不同管径施工作业，机组员工能熟练掌握熊谷A300、CPP900全自动焊接、纤维素半自动手工焊、场站、连头等施工作业，有着丰富的国内、国际管道施工经验，尤其是多作业面协调施工经验。

The unit is good at fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual welding of different pipe diameters in various terrains for construction. The crew are proficient in Xionggu A300 and CPP900 fully automatic welding, cellulose semi-automatic manual welding, station, tie-in and other construction, and have rich experience in domestic and international pipeline construction, especially in terms of coordinated construction of multiple work surfaces.

参建工程

近年来，CPP206机组参建了沙特哈拉德天然气管道工程，尼日利亚AKK天然气管道工程等国内外重点工程。

2018年初，CPP206机组在沙特哈拉德工程中克服了天气炎热，风沙大，石方段多，油区在役管线多，监管严格等困难，全线完成不同壁厚120公里主体焊接任务和232处沟下连头任务，其中多数为穿越管线、光缆。施工中，机组始终保持一次焊接合格率在99.6%以上，大大超出业主预期。在后期连头作业中，机组充分发挥多作业面协调施工优势，合理分配人员、设备，保证了施工质量和进度，大大节省了成本支出。

In early 2018, the crew overcame difficulties such as scorching weather, sandy winds, numerous rocky sections and in-service pipelines in the oil area and strict supervision in Saudi Haradh Project, and completed 120km of mainline welding with different wall thicknesses and 232 in-the-ditch tie-ins, most of which were crossing pipelines and fiber optic cables. During the construction, the unit always maintained a welding first pass yield of more than 99.6%, which greatly exceeded the owner’s expectations. In the later tie-in welding, the crew gave full play to the advantage of coordinated construction of multiple working surfaces, reasonably allocating personnel and equipment so as to ensure the construction quality and progress, and greatly save the cost.

CPP216机组成立于2006年，现有员工31人，平均年龄30岁。

The unit was established in 2006 and has 31 employees with an average age of 30.

擅长工艺

2019年，CPP216机组成为公司首批大口径标准化全自动焊接机组，通过几年深耕，积累了丰富的全自动焊接施工经验，施工能力得到质的飞跃，机组由“全自动焊接新兵”跃升为公司“全自动焊接优秀机组”。参建各项目期间，机组先后突破了“27.5mm大壁厚全自动焊接”“D1422超大口径三管并行全自动焊接”等施工难点。

In 2019, the unit became one of the first batch of standardized large-caliber automatic welding units of the company. After a few years of deep ploughing, the unit has accumulated a wealth of experience in automatic welding construction, achieving a quantum leap in construction capacity, jumping from an “automatic welding rookie” to the company’s “Outstanding Automatic Welding Unit”. During the construction in various projects, the unit has addressed multiple construction challenges such as “27.5mm heavy wall-thickness fully automatic welding” and “fully automatic welding of three parallel D1422 extra-large-caliber pipelines”.
