6月17日上午，准格尔旗中心医院血管外科在原中日友好医院血管外科专家刘鹏教授的指导下，成功完成第一台“颈动脉内膜剥脱术”，该手术是准格尔旗中心医院首例，也是准格尔旗第一例。

On the morning of June 17, under the guidance of Professor Liu Peng, an expert in vascular surgery from the China-Japan Friendship Hospital, the vascular surgery department of Juungar Banner Central Hospital successfully completed its first carotid endarterectomy surgery, which was the first surgery of its kind to be performed not only at the hospital but in all of Juungar.

此次“颈动脉内膜剥脱术”的成功开展，标志着准格尔旗在颈动脉狭窄诊疗方面迈上了一个新台阶，为广大患者带来健康福音。

The surgery signifies a new milestone in the diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery stenosis in Juungar, bringing a sense of hope to many patients.

近年来，准格尔旗以“健康准格尔”为统领，抓好首批国家级“千县工程”示范医院建设项目；推进医共体、医联体建设；创办名医工作室；打造行走的医院数字化村卫生室项目，群众在家门口享受优质的医疗服务。

In recent years, as part of its "Healthy Juungar" campaign, Juungar has prioritized the construction of a series of national-level "Thousand Counties Project" demonstration hospitals, advanced the construction of medical communities and alliances, established renowned physician studios, and initiated the development of mobile digital village clinics, enabling residents to access high-quality medical services right at their doorsteps.

“上北京看病，一号难求不说，来回折腾开销还很大。这次北京专家到我们家门口，不出小县城就能看北京三甲医院的名医。”在准格尔旗中心医院门诊室看完病的马先生激动地说。

"When seeking medical treatment in Beijing, it was not only difficult to secure an appointment, but the back-and-forth travel was expensive. Now, having Beijing experts come to our doorstep means we can see specialists from Beijing's top hospitals without leaving our hometown," said a patient surnamed Ma, who was elated after receiving treatment at the outpatient department of Juungar Banner Central Hospital.

以前，说起看名医，老百姓得长途跋涉，到北京等外地就医。这几年，越来越多名医来到了家门口，老百姓就近就能享受优质医疗服务，这得益于“千县工程”+紧密型医共体建设在准格尔旗的落地生根。

In the past, people had to endure long commutes to see renowned physicians, often traveling to Beijing or other distant cities for medical care. In recent years, more and more renowned doctors have come to their doorsteps, providing residents with ready access to quality healthcare services thanks to the successful implementation of the "Thousand Counties Project" and the closely-knit medical community construction in Juungar.

自2023年7月8日，国家卫健委“千县工程”内蒙古自治区首家示范医院创建项目在准格尔旗启动，准格尔旗中心医院也迎来新的发展机遇。

Since Inner Mongolia autonomous region's first demonstration hospital creation project under the "Thousand Counties Project" by the National Health Commission was launched in Juungar on July 8, 2023, Juungar Banner Central Hospital has welcomed many new opportunities for development.

每到周末，准格尔旗中心医院专家门诊的候诊区就人头攒动，还有不少慕名而来的外地患者，他们是通过朋友圈得知北京专家来坐诊的消息。

Every weekend, the waiting area of the expert outpatient clinic at the hospital is bustling with activity, with many out-of-town patients arriving out of admiration after learning that Beijing specialists were holding consultations through social media.

每个周末，来自北京的知名专家都会轮流来到准格尔旗中心医院坐诊、开展手术、带教查房、举办讲座等，为医护人员讲授最新研究成果、传授诊疗技术。

Each weekend, well-known experts from Beijing take turns visiting the hospital to hold consultations, perform surgeries, conduct teaching sessions, and host lectures, imparting the latest research findings and medical techniques to medics.

目前，准格尔旗4家公立医院分别与北京、上海、内蒙古等地的三甲医院联合建立37个名医工作室打通了业务提升通道，带动当地医院医疗水平快速升级。

Four public hospitals in Juungar have jointly established 37 renowned physician studios with top-tier hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, and other locations, creating a pathway for enhancing medical services and rapidly elevating local medical standards.

“名医工作室”的落地，标志着准格尔旗医疗卫生高质量发展建设迈入了新阶段，为群众大病不出县提供了有力保障。

The establishment of these renowned physician studios signifies a new phase in the high-quality development of medical and health services in Juungar, allowing residents to receive comprehensive medical care without leaving their hometown.
