巴菲特连续减持美国银行

巴菲特旗下的伯克希尔哈撒韦当地时间9月24日提交至美国证券交易委员会的文件显示，该公司在截至当天的三个交易日进一步减持8.63亿美元的美国银行股票，目前持有该银行10.5%的股份。

巴菲特对美国银行的本轮投资始于2011年，此后逐步成为这家银行的最大股东，一度持有其超过13%的股份。但是自今年7月起，巴菲特开始大规模减持美国银行仓位。

按照美国相关规定，如果投资者对投资对象的持股比例超过10%，需要在几天内披露交易。如果持股比例不超过10%，则无需尽快披露交易情况，通常在每个季度报告中披露。分析人士认为，巴菲特极可能在减持到持股比例不足10%后，继续对美国银行“沉默式”减仓。

巴菲特并未解释减持原因，市场对此有许多猜测。最普遍的观点是，美联储大规模降息影响美国银行盈利能力。美国银行曾预测，如果美联储在年底前降息3次、每次降息25个基点，其第四季度净利息收入将比第二季度减少约2.25亿美元。

Microsoft to Spend $1.3 Billion in Mexico on Cloud, AI tech

据外媒消息，9月24日，微软宣布，将在未来3年内投资13亿美元在墨西哥建设云计算和人工智能基础设施。

On September 24, Microsoft will invest $1.3 billion over the next three years to build up its infrastructure in Mexico for cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the company announced.

公司称，这笔投资将用于改善（当地的）互联互通和促进中小企业应用人工智能技术。

The company said, the investment will go toward improving connectivity and boosting the adoption of AI technology by small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

微软还表示，公司与通信公司 Viasat 还致力于在 2025 年底前为 15 万多名之前没有蜂窝连接的墨西哥人提供互联网服务。

Microsoft and communications company Viasat are also working to bring the internet to more than 150,000 Mexicans previously without cellular connectivity by the end of 2025, Microsoft said.

通用汽车电车销售势头增强

GM’s EV Sales Momentum is Finally Building

据外媒报道，虽然通用汽车已撤回此前宣布的大部分电动汽车（销售）目标，但该公司认为，由于纯电汽车的产品线不断扩大，其电动汽车的销售势头开始增强——价格范围从约3.5万美元到30多万美元不等。

While GM has withdrawn most of its previously announced electric vehicle targets, the automaker believes its EV sales momentum is finally building thanks to an expanding lineup of all-electric vehicles – spanning a price range of roughly $35,000 to more than $300,000.

通用汽车负责全球市场（包括北美）总裁Rory Harvey表示：“就增长和电动汽车而言，我们肯定超过了整个行业。目前，在美国，我们拥有业内最全的电动汽车产线。”

“We are definitely outstripping the industry in terms of growth, in terms of EVs,” Rory Harvey, GM president of global markets, including North America said. “We have the most comprehensive EV lineup out of any manufacturer in the industry, in the U.S., at the moment.”

通用汽车提供的电动汽车销售数据显示，截至8月份，通用汽车的电动汽车销量显著增长。今年7月和8月，通用汽车在美国销售了近2.1万辆电动汽车，几乎与第二季度的电动汽车销量持平。

EV sales data provided by GM, which publicly reports sales quarterly, shows a notable increase for GM through August. GM sold nearly 21,000 EVs in the U.S. in July and August – almost matching its full second-quarter EV sales.

截至8月份，通用汽车电动汽车销量同比增长约70%。

GM’s EV sales through August were up about 70% compared with a year earlier.
