“终审判决”和“终局裁决”翻译为英文时如何区分？

这个术语更多地强调裁决在法律程序中的位置，即经过一系列审理和上诉后的最后决定。

“终局裁决”和“非终局裁决”相对，终局裁决是指仲裁庭在案件审理终结时对当事人提交的全部实体争议所作的、裁决书自作出之日起发生法律效力的裁决。

例如，劳动争议案件的仲裁裁决分为“终局裁决”和“非终局裁决”。终局裁决即仲裁庭作出该裁决后，用人单位不得起诉，而劳动者如果不服该裁决，依然可以提起诉讼。
