全球英才深圳行

Global Talent Study Tour

“Make It Shenzhen”全球英才深圳行是深圳市人才工作局、深圳市人才研修院联合主办的官方人才品牌活动，面向全球英才，通过参观交流、文化研习、都市漫步、政策宣讲、大咖对话、山海健行、美食打卡，深入体验粤港澳大湾区和先行示范区的无限机遇和独特魅力。现已助力逾40名学员实现就业与科创项目对接，包括到中山大学（深圳）、哈工大（深圳）等重点高校深造，进入华为、比亚迪等知名企业就业，获得迈瑞医疗、中科院深圳先进技术研究院等实习机会，以及创业项目成功落地深圳南山，或加入创业团队，等等。

The "Make It Shenzhen" Global Talent Study Tour is a talent brand activity co-hosted by Shenzhen Municipal Talent Affairs Bureau and Shenzhen Talent Institute. It invites global talents to experience the unique charm of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the pilot demonstration area through visits and exchanges, dialogues between high-calibre experts, walking cultural studies and policy lectures. It has facilitated over 40 talents in matching with employment opportunities and innovation projects in Shenzhen, including advanced studies at Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen) and Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen)，employment at leading companies like Huawei and BYD, internships at Mindray and the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (Chinese Academy of Sciences), startup success, with entrepreneurial projects established in Shenzhen's Nanshan District or joined in entrepreneurial teams.

活动吸引了来自哈佛、斯坦福、牛津、剑桥、帝国理工、哥大、悉大、新加坡国立、港大、澳大等世界各地顶尖高校的同学加入。在这里，大家一起打卡深圳产业前线，走进真实创业现场，和企业高管面对面，体验深圳速度，亲手做项目，见证“梦想落地”全过程，收获印象深刻的成长体验。

The event has attracted students from top universities worldwide, including Harvard, Standford, Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, Columbia University, Sydney University, National University of Singapore, University of Hongkong, University of Macau and more. Here, participants visited the forefront of Shenzhen's industries, stepped into real entrepreneurial settings, engaged directly with corporate executives, and experienced the "Shenzhen Speed".
