2025 SSV Open Program

Call for Research Participation！

可持续社会价值全球开放研究计划（简称“SSV开放计划”）由清华大学可持续社会价值研究院发起并主办。SSV开放计划旨在推动全球学术界在可持续社会价值领域的合作与研究。该计划面向全球学者（学术研究人员、研究机构及非营利组织），邀请他们提交关于可持续社会价值核心理念及实践应用的研究课题，并资助入选计划的项目开展研究工作。

The Global Open Research Program on Sustainable Social Value (SSV Open Program) is initiated and hosted by the Institute for Sustainable Social Value (SSV), Tsinghua University. The SSV Open Program is open to individual researchers, research institutions, and nonprofit organizations worldwide. It invites scholars worldwide to submit research proposals related to the fundamental concepts and practical applications of sustainable social value, and offers funding to selected projects.

研究院将重点支持该领域具有前沿性、交叉性、创新性及开发应用前景的原创性研究；并通过探索可持续社会价值的共创路径，为实际社会问题提供创新解决方案。

It supports original and forward-thinking research projects with interdisciplinary and application potential in the field of sustainable social value. Projects that explore co-creation pathways and provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

We are now accepting applications for the 2025 Research Program.

一、重点议题 Key Research Areas

SSV开放计划邀请申请者围绕以下11个重点议题进行研究：

二、评审标准与入选说明

Evaluation Criteria and Selection Guidelines

SSV开放计划的评审标准将根据学术创新性与科学性、社会价值与影响、操作性与研究基础等核心维度进行综合评定，确保所选研究项目不仅具备学术创新性，还能够产生实际的社会与环境效益，推动可持续社会价值的研究与应用。

The evaluation criteria for the SSV Open Program will be comprehensively assessed based on core dimensions such as academic innovation and scientific rigor, social value and impact, feasibility, and research foundation.

SSV开放计划每年资助项目不超过20个，单个项目资助额度10万-45万（人民币）。具体项目最终资助额度由评审委员会终审讨论后确定。

The SSV Open Program will fund no more than 20 projects each year, with individual project funding ranging from 100,000 to 450,000 RMB. The final funding amount for each project will be determined through the final review by the evaluation committee.

三、申请流程、材料与时间节点

Application Process, Materials&Timeline

2025年度SSV开放计划将按照以下时间节点进行，确保每个申请都能经过严格且公正的评审：

The 2025 SSV Open Program will follow the timeline below to ensure that each application undergoes a rigorous and fair evaluation process:

1.申请指南发布 2025.7.01

申请者需要根据“申报指南”内容准备相关申请材料。

Release of Application Guidelines 2025.07.01

Applicants must prepare relevant application materials based on the content of the “Application Guidelines.”

2.申请材料提交 2025.7.01-8.31

申请者提交《可持续社会价值全球开放研究计划项目申请书》（中英文）至清华大学可持续社会价值研究院：ssv@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn

Submission of Application Materials 2025.07.01-08.31

Applicants should submit the Application Form (in both Chinese and English) to the Institute for Sustainable Social Value at Tsinghua University via email: ssv@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn

3.初审（形式审查）2025.9.1-9.15

研究院进行形式审查，确保符合要求的申请材料通过初审。

Initial Screening-Formal Review 2025.09.01-09.15

The institute will conduct a formal review to ensure that submitted materials meet the requirements for the program.

4.通讯评审（专家盲审）2025.9.15-10.15

评审专家对项目进行盲审，并提供意见和建议。

Peer Review-Blind Expert Review 2025.09.15-10.15

Experts will conduct blind reviews of the projects and provide feedback and recommendations.

5.终审（评审委员会）2025.11

评审委员综合评审，最终确定入选的项目及资助金额。

Final Review-Evaluation Committee 2025.11

The evaluation committee will conduct a comprehensive review and finalize the selection of projects and their funding amounts.

6.发布入选结果 2025.12.01

SSV研究院公布入选项目名单，并向所有入选项目发放资助通知。

Announcement of Selected Results 2025.12.01

The SSV Institute will announce the list of selected projects and issue funding notifications to all successful applicants.
