历史悠久 敲凿上色工艺复杂

Long-standing story with complicated chiseling process

“佛山铜凿剪纸是全世界独有的。”佛山市新合民间工艺美术有限公司设计总监陈健珊介绍起铜凿剪纸的历史，“它最初是民间用来祈福的装饰，原来是不镂空的，后来才和剪纸联系在一起。”

佛山铜凿剪纸，是佛山剪纸巧借佛山的金属制箔业传统工艺和铜凿金花民间手工艺形成的技艺。民俗专家梁诗裕曾在相关报道中表示，南宋末期铜箔出现在佛山，经过时间的发酵，佛山铜凿剪纸的技艺最终在明代形成。

Foshan copper paper-cut is the traditional technology of Foshan, which is the combination of Foshan’s traditional process of metal foil industry and folk handicrafts of copper golden flowers. The folk expert Liang Shiyu said in relevant report that the copper foil appeared in Foshan in the late Southern Song Dynasty. 资料记载，铜凿剪纸以金碧辉煌的铜箔为原料，用铜凿反复敲凿成图，并以矿物质颜料填写图案着色而成。

“整个流程就和画画差不多，只是多了打肌理和剪的过程。”陈健珊讲述了铜凿剪纸作品制作流程，“一开始是绘画，把图案设计出来，然后通过电脑绘图更精准地呈现画面，再把两样图稿交给剪纸师傅。他们用从小到大的珠凿在铜片上敲打成不同的线条、肌理，然后把它刻出来，最后就是上色的工艺。”

上色固然不容易，但对于设计师来说，作品的构思才是最难的，怎么贴合市场需要，怎样在工艺或设计上最大限度体现铜凿剪纸的特色以区别其他剪纸？在制作过程中，设计师必须思考线条的走珠效果和颜色运用。

Coloring is not easy, but for designers, the idea of work is the most difficult. How to meet the needs of the market, how to maximize the characteristics of copper paper-cut in technology or design to distinguish other paper-cut? In the production process, designers must think about the bead effect and color use of lines.

为提高年轻人对铜凿剪纸的关注度，佛山新合民间工艺美术研究有限公司还做了不少探索。据介绍，今年他们与设计平台洛可可联手举办了一个剪纸大赛，吸引了许多对剪纸设计有兴趣的年轻人，并开发为有趣的、贴近现代生活的文创产品。

In order to improve the attention of young people to copper paper-cut, Foshan Xinhe Folk Art and Crafts Co., Ltd has also done a lot of exploration. It’s reported that the company also organizes a paper-cut competition with the design platform LKK this year, which attracted many young people who are interested in paper-cut design, and developed interesting and creative products that are close to life.

尽管探索仍处于初始阶段，但是陈健珊对铜凿剪纸的市场前景充满信心。“我们希望通过更多的推广，提高市场认识，让更多年轻人去继承这一工艺。”陈健珊说。
