首家！美国运通获批银行卡清算业务

6月13日，央行和银保监会公告显示，审查通过了连通公司提交的银行卡清算机构开业申请，并向其核发银行卡清算业务许可证。连通公司是美国运通公司在我国境内发起设立的合资企业，此次“拿牌”也让运通成为中国境内首家获得该许可证的外卡组织。

连通公司对“拿牌”筹划已久。早在2018年11月，其提交的银行卡清算机构筹备申请已获得央行、银保监会审查通过。在业内看来，此次连通“拿牌”，是中国金融开放的应有之义。中国银行卡清算市场开放是中国承诺金融市场开放最重要的内容之一。随着大门开放，未来更多外资卡组织将有望进入人民币银行卡清算业务。

美国运通董事长兼首席执行官施恺睿表示，获得银行卡清算业务许可证意味着我们的长期发展战略向前迈出了重要一步，无论对美国运通，还是对中国支付行业的持续增长和发展来说，这都是历史性的时刻。

AXP Receives Clearance To Begin Processing Local Transactions In China

美国运通和连连数字科技有限公司的合资企业——连通（杭州）技术服务有限公司（简称“连通公司”）获得中国人民银行颁发的《银行卡清算业务许可证》。

American Express (AXP) announced that its joint-venture in China, Express Company, has received approval from the People’s Bank of China for a network clearing license.

美国运通成为境内首家获得《银行卡清算业务许可证》的外卡组织。连通公司计划将于今年内正式开展银行卡清算业务。

With this, American Express becomes the first foreign payments network to be licensed to clear RMB transactions on the Chinese mainland. The company expects to begin processing transactions later this year.

连通公司负责筹建的银行卡清算网络，将处理美国运通品牌卡在中国的线上线下支付交易，也将和国内主流的移动钱包运营商合作。

Express Company has built a network to clear domestic transactions charged on American Express branded cards, and is also compatible with the key mobile wallet players in China.

美国运通董事长兼首席执行官施恺睿表示：“我们非常高兴能成为第一家获得银行卡清算业务许可证的外卡组织。这也意味着我们的长期发展战略向前迈出了重要一步。”

“We are pleased to be the first foreign company to receive this license. This approval represents an important step forward in our long-term growth strategy,” said Stephen J. Squeri, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express.

瑞银在华债券产品增至9支

UBS Launches Ninth Onshore Fixed Income Fund In China

瑞银资产管理宣布，其在中国设立的外商独资企业瑞银资产管理（上海）有限公司已正式推出债券类私募基金产品——“瑞银中国裕丰债券策略五号私募证券投资基金”，并已经通过了中国证券基金业协会备案。

UBS Asset Management announced that UBS Asset Management (Shanghai) Limited, its wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE), has launched a private fixed-income fund, “UBS (CN) China Yufeng Fixed Income Bond Strategic Series 5 Private Securities Investment Fund”, which has filed with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).

目前瑞银资产管理（上海）固定收益团队已发行债券产品9支，包括2020年发行的3支。

UBS Asset Management (Shanghai) Limited's fixed income team has issued nine bond products, three of which were launched in 2020.

瑞银资产管理固定收益团队一直长期看好中国债券市场投资潜力。

The UBS AM Fixed Income team has long been bullish on the investment potential of China’s bond market.

瑞银资产管理亚太区固定收益主管贝斯高提出，全球债券市场出现负收益率，而中国政府债券不仅能提供可观的收益率，而且与全球其他债券市场的关联度较低，波动率也较低，具有独特的投资价值。

Hayden Briscoe, Head of Asia Pacific Fixed Income, believes that, as world bond markets shift to negative yields, China government bonds offer a unique value proposition to investors based on low correlation and volatility as well as attractive yields.

分析今年下半年国内债券市场预期和机会时，瑞银资产管理（上海）基金经理楼超表示：“ 下半年我们倾向于在利率债和高等级信用债的配置安全垫的基础上，寻求一些阿尔法的机会，例如部分产业的一些龙头的合并机会。”

“We seek alpha opportunities based on the safety cushion of allocations to rate bonds and high-grade credit bonds in the second half of the year, such as the mergers of leading players in some sectors. ” said Brian LOU, UBS AM (Shanghai) Limited and manager of the fund.

“同时房地产、基建、消费、医疗、有色金属、机械等行业龙头信用债都是我们持续关注的目标。这需要资产管理人做更细致的、自下而上的研究。”

“Meanwhile, we have been tracking the credit bonds of industry leaders in real estate, infrastructure, consumers, healthcare, nonferrous metals and machinery. All of these require asset managers to conduct careful and top-down research.”

赫兹租车获准出售10亿美元股份

Hertz Granted Approval To Sell Up To $1 Billion In Shares

据外媒报道，日前，美国特拉华地区破产法庭批准赫兹出售高达10亿美元的股票。

Hertz was granted approval recently by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to sell up to $1 billion in stock.

截至周五收盘，赫兹股价暴涨37%，报2.83美元。在盘后交易中，赫兹下跌了10%。

The stock closed regular trading Friday up 37% to $2.83. In after-hours trading Hertz was down 10%.

赫兹表示，这是该公司筹集资金的最后一搏，尽管股票价值可能一文不值。

Hertz said it is a last ditch effort for it to raise capital even though the value of the stock could get wiped out.

赫兹表示，净收入将用于一般营运资金用途。这份提议是基于“赫兹股票交易不稳定的紧急情况”提出的。

Hertz said the net proceeds would be used for general working capital purposes. The filing was on an “emergency basis given the volatile state of trading in Hertz’s stock.”

Japanese Companies Developing Cool Face Masks For Summer

Several companies in different fields are hurrying to develop cool and dry face masks to help people in the upcoming sweltering summer heat in Japan.

从未生产过口罩的不同行业的公司都在拿出解决方案。它们凭借自己的专业技能，推出了高科技降温材料口罩以及可加入制冷剂的口罩等有趣产品。

Companies from different industries that have never produced masks before are coming up with solutions, with their own expertise ranging from high-tech cool materials to interesting ideas like putting refrigerant packs inside masks.

美津浓公司在5月底开始销售用柔软可拉伸的经编针织材料制成的口罩，这种材料用于制作泳装和田径运动服装。

Mizuno Corp in late May started sales of face masks made with a soft stretch tricot material that is used for its swimsuits and wear for track and field athletics.

Yonex Co, a maker of equipment for badminton, tennis and other sports, will sell masks made with its "Very Cool" material containing xylitol from early July.
