我们这支队伍是2024年3月1日正式成立的，起初一共是五个姑娘，发展到现在一共是14个人。所以我们相当于是第一支就是正式的这种完全在外勤工作的一支女警队伍。

Our team was formed on March 1, 2024 consisting of five female members Now it has grown to 14 members.So arguably, we are the first formal team of field female police officers .

我们骑的是两种，一个是春风650，还有一个是150。650体型比较庞大，像它加满油将近600斤了吧。

We have two types of motorcycles,one is the CFMOTO 650,and the other is the CFMOTO 150.CFMOTO 650 is probably much heavier,with a weight of nearly 300 kilograms when fully fueled.

驾驶摩托车其实就是被黄昆带入门的，他算是我们第一任师傅吧。其实也是对他很感激。

When you cannot ensure stable gas pedal control,to apply consistent acceleration,but step on it either too hard or too gentle,you need to use the brake and find the rhythm of cornering on motorcycle.

我感觉在加入这个队之后，我遇到的第一个大坎就是这个驾驶摩托车。

I feel that after joining the team the first big challenge for me was driving the motorcycle.

这个车辆的重量是一个问题，包括他们的车辆的操控啊，包括克服一些心理上的恐惧啊，这对于他们来讲都是困难。

In addition to the overwhelming vehicle weight the control of the motorcycle and some psychological fears are all challenges to them.

这是我们第一次上路去骑，就感觉挺自豪的。您看当时我们这拍（合影），车里边他们也在拍，还有比这个后边，你看这后边，还有这个比手势的。这感觉都已经是历历在目。

我是属于急性子，更直爽一点。面对当事人，可能有自己的语言风格，可能非常严肃。但是我在严肃教育他的过程中，我会跟他开句玩笑。我们在马路上，最重要的是唤起当事人主动守法的安全意识。

I have a short fuse and frank personality.When facing the party I may have my own expression and take things seriously.But when I educate him in serious tones,I will mediate the mood with a joke.On the road the most important thing for us is to arouse the safety awareness of the party to actively abide by the law.

如今在三里屯路口

Now at the Sanlitun intersection

每天早晚都能看到朝阳女铁骑的身影

you can see female motorcycle police officers every morning and evening

她们成了一道亮丽的风景线

They have become a beautiful landscape

在大众的印象中

In the public impression

女警更多是内勤角色

female police officers are more like clerks

负责警务工作的后勤支持、行政管理和协调工作

in charge of logistics support, administrative management and coordination

可她们却选择了另外一种生活方式

But they choose to live another life

我觉得其他人可以，我们也可以。其他男警可以，我们女警也可以。

I think if others can do it, then so can we.If other male police officers can do it, then so can we female police officers.

最开始，有人曾打趣说她们是花瓶

In the beginning, some teased that they were nothing but eye candy

一年下来，这样的声音越来越少

After a year, such voices became less and less

如今的朝阳女骑警们

Now the role of female motorcycle police officers in Chaoyang

已经从最初的路面疏导指挥

has been expanded from the road traffic guidance and command in the beginning

扩展到事故警情处置

to accidents and other police incidents administration

与队里的男民警早已无异

with no difference from that of male police officers in the team

像我们私底下可能也穿个裙子，研究研究美妆，但是我们一到工作岗位上，穿上制服切换到工作的这种模式。那我们就是严肃的，认真的，严谨的，有态度的。让大家觉得，女生她也可以在每个岗位上发光发热。

In our private life, we may wear skirts and talk about cosmetics,but once we get to work and put on uniforms,we switch to our work mode.We will be sober, meticulous, and rigorous with a serious attitude.Get rid of the stereotype of seeing women as eye candy.They can do a good job in every position and make their own contributions.
